Jessica Millar President & CEO
Dr. Millar sees the introduction of transactive, market-based demand response and storage, particularly in the realms of heat and transportation, as the clearest step forward towards a sustainable future. With a Ph.D. from MIT in mathematical logic, her "previous life" as an academic mathematician included stints at a number of universities, including a Benjamin Peirce Lectureship at Harvard University.

George Baker COO & CFO
George Baker is the developer of the 4.5 MW Fox Islands Wind Power Project, the largest community-owned wind project on the east coast. He is the Vice President for Community Wind at the Island Institute in Rockland, Maine and holds a part-time appointme nt on the Harvard Business School faculty, where he was until recently the Herman C. Krannert Professor of Business Administration. Baker has spent the last three years spearheading community wind power projects on the islands of Maine. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1984, and a PhD in Business Economics from Harvard in 1986.

David Durfee CTO
Dr. Durfee, as the Chief Scientist of Bay Computer Associates, brings to the table competent, timely and high quality engineering backed by the BCA team of twenty electronics and software engineers. He exudes a constant joy for all things engineering and his education and experience has given him a keen ability for assessing the technical merits of a wide range of engineering products and processes.
